If you are an athlete like myself, it goes without saying how much of a difference being able to jump well can make. Nearly every sport requires some type of jumping, and if you can jump well that also means you are usually quicker and faster as well. The Jump Manual promises it can help you literally reach new heights.
I was always under the impression that you were either born with hops or you weren’t. Sure, the lighter you are the less weight you have to propel into the air. However, I still was skeptical that The Jump Manual could really help me out.
Every Jump Manual review I read praised the system developed by Jacob Hiller as one of the most in-depth products for aspiring jumpers everywhere. Since it required no extra equipment (like those ridiculous shoes with platforms on the balls of your feet), I decided I had nothing to lose.
The claims are you can gain at least 10 inches on your vertical leap. I have always been a basketball player, and I figured I only needed about 6 inches to actually dunk a basketball. That was the mindset I went with when I started The Jump Manual: if I can dunk after using this program, I will deem it a success.
There are many factors that go into having success jumping. The first topic The Jump Manual covers is dropping the weight that you don’t need. Every little bit counts when you are trying to launch your body into the air. The diet that the Jump Manual gives you can help put you on the right path.
The exercises themselves are strenuous, but easy to fit into nearly any schedule. In fact, if you wish, you can workout from the comfort of your own home. Considering the Jump Manual is pretty cheap to begin with, and not gym membership is needed, you are looking at a great program for people on the budget.

After reading these facts and reading more Jump Manual review articles, I still wasn’t sold until I saw real NBA players and coaches recommending the product. I don’t know about you, but when I see true professionals endorsing a product (without getting paid), I know this product had to really work.
I stuck to the program all the way through. They recommend testing your vertical leap periodically to see progress. The very first few days, my vertical decreased. I was not the least bit concerned though. You know why? I was so sore from the hard exercises. It was a good sore though, something that really lets you know that this program means business.
After two weeks, my vertical was up more than three inches. In a month’s time I had already passed my individual goal of six inches. It was time for the ultimate test. I went to my local gym to play pickup basketball with my friends. They had no idea I was using the Jump Manual.
As we were warmed up, I noticed the extra spring in my step. I decided to go ahead and try it while we were just shooting around. The expression on the face of all my friends when I dunked for the first time was well worth the price of the Jump Manual.
You can clearly see that the Jump Manual is a system that really means a lot to mean as far as how much it helped. I hope others have similar situations regardless of their preference in sport. If my Jump Manual review can help just one person realize their true jumping potential, it has served its purpose in my book. Get out there and work on your hops.
